Hi, Master Wong here, Four times a year, I open up our Foundation to take on just ten students for each of my Tai Chi and Wing Chun Instructor’s programs. These programs certify you to instruct the students of the Master Wong Foundation and its affiliates. We only take ten students for each so that each student gets the personalized attention they need for the highest chance of success. Many children may be fully potty trained during the day but still wet the bed at night. So first of all you want to figure out if there is a history of bed-wetting in the family. If that's the case, then you want to talk to your pediatrician. Most kids by the age of three are physically capable of holding their urine all night long. In order to help them become nighttime trained, here are some tips. First, you want to make sure that you've let it drinks at night; the last drink should be given with dinner. If they need a sip of water when they're brushing their teeth, that's fine. But you don't want to give them much more than that. You also want to make sure that they fully empty their bladder before they go to bed. And then, if there's a possibility that they need to go pee in the middle of the night, then you want to give them a special lantern or special flashlight that they can use to get themselves to the bathroom or you can use a little training potty in their rooms. They don't need actually have to leave the room if they need to go pee. Some parents have found that it's helpful to wake their child up before they go to bed. For instance, if your child goes to bed at 7:00 but you go to bed at 11, you can consider waking your child up to use the potty at 11 and then putting them right back to bed. But if they are light sleeper or it's difficult for them to get back to sleep, you don't want to do that. You also want to make sure that they have a reason to stay dry all night long. So tell them, "If you wake up with dry pants, then you can have ice-cream for breakfast." And that's how you teach potty training for nighttime.
