What is “Martial Arts”?


I wanted to share a life update with you all, and talk about where my mind and goals have been since moving back to the East Coast with my wife, Marie. The traditional tenets of martial arts (self control, respect, humility, honor, integrity, etc.) seem to have gotten lost in society in recent years... and as an “influencer” with 3 million subscribers, I feel obligated to advocate this code of conduct. What Part of the Foot to Teep With? (Muay Thai Front Kick)


When throwing the teep (aka “Front Push Kick” or “Foot Jab” in #MuayThai), should you strike with the ball of the foot, the heel, the arch, or knife edge? The answer is: yes!
