6 Ways to Stop Aggressive Opponents (ft Cyrus Washington)
TKD black belts Kwonkicker & Cyrus Washington (Taekwondo, Muay Thai & Lethwei Champ) demonstrate some of the many ways you can use your legs (kicks, knees & sweeps) to stop forward pressure from your opponent in Kickboxing Sports & MMA. Push Kicks & Side Kicks are two of the more common ways to use your legs to stop aggression, but this video focuses on a few that are less commonly used.
