Kickboxing Sparring with Knees & Elbows | Kwonkicker


Here's some faster tempo light sparring including knees, elbows and clinching (sparring under actual pro Muay Thai rules instead of basic kickboxing rules with no elbows or knees). This training session is with an underbelt student of mine. I'm hitting lightly, but quickly, and it's the first time I'm giving her the pressure of a more advanced fighter.
